In 2021, our founder, Wisdom Hon, recognized a gap in the market for affluent families in Hong Kong. Many families were served by professionals working in isolation, causing misalignment with their goals and leaving some needs unaddressed. This inspired the creation of W Plus M, a company dedicated to providing a holistic approach for Chinese and Western families in the region.

These families often have members spread across the globe, blending diverse cultures and managing varied asset portfolios. Our mission is to broaden their perspective on wealth and empower them to redefine it based on their unique values and priorities.

We are committed to building lasting relationships, supporting families through all life stages. With this focus, we are now expanding our services to families in Europe, North America, and Oceania.

Wisdom is a seasoned private wealth advisor with over 15 years of experience serving affluent global families. As an international private client lawyer, she has worked across onshore and offshore law firms, advising families and trustees in Hong Kong, BVI, the Cayman Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey.

Her expertise extends to her role as sole legal counsel for a prominent Chinese family office, handling wealth structuring, family governance, business operations, and private investments. Her early career in multinational companies provided commercial insights that enhance her ability to address both legal and operational considerations.

Wisdom collaborates with leading global advisors, crafting integrated solutions for multi-generational families. Specializing in succession planning, asset protection, family dynamics, and governance, she ensures culturally sensitive strategies. Born in Hong Kong, shaped by Western education and professional experiences, she expertly bridges cross-cultural divides for international families.
